  • Shipping Policy
    We do our very best to process most orders the same day they are received. Please allow up to 7 days for USPS delivery. Shipping methods available are USPS Priority or Priority Express delivery. You pay shipping costs for these methods, which are based on size of the package. Simply enter your order online and you will be presented with all shipping options that we can do so you can choose between price and speed of delivery. By indicating a special delivery method, you are giving us authorization to charge you for this service. Please be aware that orders placed after 12:00 noon EST (9:00 am PST) will usually go out the following business day. ​ Do not include weekends or holidays when estimating your expected delivery date. ​ There is no guarantee that your order will go out the day you order. If you have specified a One, Two, or Three Day delivery and are placing the order after 12:00 noon EST, it is likely that your order will be shipped the following business day.
  • Return and Exchange Policy?
    If you need to return an item, ship the item(s) to the address listed below with notation of all your information and instruction regarding your exchange or refund. Full credit will be issued for merchandise returned within 7 days of your receipt of shipment. If you are returning an item after 7 days of your receipt of shipment, a 25% restocking fee will apply. Items that CANNOT be returned. ​ Custom made or custom order products may not be returned. Used or worn merchandise that is not in condition to resell. With the exception of shipping errors, refunds or credits are not issued for shipping charges. Latex bands that have been warped or damaged by storing in unfavorable conditions. ​ No other warranty written or implied exists. ​ ACCEPTED Returns. ​ All Merchandise to be returned must meet these guidelines in order to be accepted: ​ Only unworn and unused merchandise is eligible for return and only returned within 7 days of receipt of shipment (items returned beyond 7 days is subject to a 25% restocking fee).   • How do I get free shipping?
    Orders over $75 qualify for free 3-5 day shipping. Discount will be applied automatically.
  • Shipping Damages and Shortages
    Merchandise damaged during shipping or shortages (missing items) must be reported to Relentless Bands within 24 hours of receipt. We will contact the shipping company for visual inspection of the merchandise and box. We will then replace any damaged or missing merchandise as confirmed by the shipping company. ​ Inspect all merchandise at the time of delivery before signing off with driver, if applicable. Damage occurring during shipment must be noted with the delivery driver in order to file a claim for damages. Failure to do so may result in a claim being rejected. ​ Keep all original packages and merchandise as received. ​ Damage claims must be filed with the shipping company before we can replace lost or damaged merchandise.

  • Back Orders
    Every item we offer is regularly stock, however, despite making every attempt to maintain inventory of each product, occasionally due to unforeseen circumstances, we may run out of certain products. In the event that this happens, the product will be marked as “out of stock” on our website. If part of your order is not in stock, we will ship out the items we have in stock and hold the order for all back ordered items until it is available, at which time, it will be shipped separately.

Latex Bands Care Instructions: ​ Hand wash with mild soap and water. ​ To keep your bands lasting as long as possible and in good condition, store indoors in a dry and low humidity area and in temperatures not higher than 78 degrees Fahrenheit.

    All personal training sessions and Team Training classes are 1 hour.
  • How do I join?
    The first thing we need to do is get you set up and scheduled for your first session, which is ALWAYS FREE and then we go from there!   • What can I expect during my first session?
    This is your time with the trainer to chat about what your goals are and what option may be best for you. It’s also a great chance to become familiar with the trainer and the facility. You will be here for about 1 hour. You’ll start by signing a liability waiver, so if you wanted to arrive a few minutes early, you’re welcomed to! You will be working out and moving around, so you’ll want to wear comfortable clothing and sneakers. You’ll run through a warmup and a few different exercises specific to you. This allows the trainer to get a feel for your current abilities, assess any past or present injuries and identify any areas that may need extra attention for improvement. Afterwards, you’ll have the opportunity to sit down and go over everything that you’ve done and figure out the best plan for you!
  • What if I have an injury?
    As long as you are cleared by your physician to exercise, we are more than happy to work around any injuries you may have. We encourage you to be very vocal and let us know how you’re feeling, if something doesn’t feel good or if the weight may feel too heavy (or even too light). Communication is extremely important in this case as we will never ask you to continue to do something that does not feel good or may compromise your safety. We are open to and support specific recommendations from your physician or physical therapist. There are almost always modifications that can be made to accomplish the task! Keep your feedback coming as your safety is our #1 concern!
  • What is your session cancellation and reschedule policy?
    24 Hour Cancellation/Reschedule Policy: It is our goal to provide you with the best service possible and enable you to rely on the availability of the day, time and trainer that you prefer and works best for your schedule! Because of this, it is our policy that your payment serves as a reservation of your day and time slot with your trainer. We appreciate you understanding that this is a bit different than a “per session” membership plan when set up as a recurring weekly or monthly session. Due to this policy, for all scheduled private or semi private sessions, please note that we do have a 24 hour cancellation/reschedule policy​. Simply send us a quick email, or give us a call! As a courtesy to you, when you let us know ahead of time that you are unable to attend your scheduled session, we will be happy to help you reschedule the time you will be missing!
  • What is your account cancellation policy?
    You may cancel your membership at any time provided you send a request through email at least 5 business days before your next payment due date. If we do not receive your cancellation request email within this time frame, you understand you will be billed for another month and are not entitled to monetary reimbursement. *Please Note: Cancellations are only accepted through email*
  • What happens if I'm the only person to show up for a semi-private session, would I be charged more?
    Absolutely not!! Every session is designated either private or semi-private. If you schedule in a semi-private, you will always only pay for a semi-private regardless of how many others are in that session. Sometimes you may get lucky and have a private session when others cannot make it in!!
