What Body Weight Is:
A measurement of your mass including lean mass, fat mass, bones and organs. This measurement can be influenced by numerous things including your bone/frame structure, items you have on your body, fluids in your body, undigested matter in your digestive system, and so on.
Keeping an eye on your body weight measurements can help you see long term trends in total body weight and see fluid balance responses to things like sodium and stress on the body.
