SO many questions!!!!
I’m sure somehow, somewhere you’ve heard, “Exercise everyday” or “Walking is good for heart health” or “Exercise everyday can add years to your life”, and these are all accurate! But there’s so much more to it that gets lost when the information is relayed.

How much intentional physical activity everyday? Should my kids do more or less than I do? What about my parents? Grandparents? My sister who just had a baby 3 months ago?
