Leg Day… Learn to LOVE it!!

Oh leg day… I’m sure this puts anything BUT warm and fuzzy thoughts in your head.. We all love to hate leg day… or is it hate to love? In any case, a recent study might put a little pep in your step the next time you’re headed in for some squats!

We all know that leg day is an important part of a solid training program, but you might not have known just HOW important it is! As it turns out, regularly stressing the large muscles of your legs by doing load-bearing exercises is linked to the health and development of your brain and nervous system health as your brain relies on neurological signals sent by your larger leg muscles!
